So I've heard great things about particular IT Cosmetics foundations but I am clueless as to what they're or is called. Any full coverage IT C. foundation suggestions? (: I have oily skin so anything that will adhere to my skin throughout the day. And would you recommend a primer with it? Thank you!

Me too! saw that infomercial on tv...seriously thinking about getting it...the kit comes with foundation, powder, lipstick, eyebrow pencil, concealer, depending on which kit you want..just google bye bye foundation kit guthy renker...
my cousin is crazy about their celebration foundation n a CC cream-your skin but better.
I just bought Iope's air cushion n loving it lately so will try this when I run out..

I absolutely love the Your Skin But Better CC Cream! It has great full coverage and lasts all day, even on oily skin (:

Personally, I wouldn't buy from Guthy-Renker, only because once you order from them, they usually will keep sending them to you every couple of months & charge your credit card. I've had a few friends say how difficult it was to cancel. I would try Qvc, they have kits & specials going on all the time.

Yaira if you go to the shop section of beauttlish we sell It cosmetics. There you can read all about the different foundation and find one that will work for you :)
I myself absolutely adore it cosmetics, my favorite products is the Your skin but better CC cream, ombre blush, eyebrow pencil and lipsticks! I haven't tried a really foundation from them yet because I love the CC cream so much!

Alexis, how do you apply your CC cream? I'm trying to love the It..but maybe there's a trick to applying it.

Hi Jenny, I have pretty normal combination skin myself so I'm not completely sure how it will work for oily skin, I'm sorry! But I will be happy to do a little research and see if I can find some informations about oily skin vs the CC cream :)

Rozberry I know you asked Alexis but I thought I would jump in also :) I apply mine with either a flat top buffing brush or just my fingers, it actually looks best with just my fingers! How do you apply it, and what kind of issues are you having with it?

This is my second attempt at it, having bought and returned it last year...preferring my Lumene CC..which now is sadly discontinued. I figured I'd give it another chance. I've tried with clean fingers and a Beauty Blender...both times using a single, light layer. I love light coverage and often use just tinted moisturizer, but with this, I found it to be almost sheer on days I wanted light coverage. I have to watch brushes as I run dry and they can be hit or miss. I have a stippling brush, but perhaps it is time to invest in a great brush for applying my CC creams..which is what I wear most of the time. I just don't feel like "WOW"...when I should be. It is pricey and I was on a long no buy so I'm getting frustrated. argh...Lumene! What brand/no. brush would you recommend? I have a brush Ms. Jacqueline recommended, so I'm going to look into that as well, but I'm not how sure even that would work with this.

(I didn't purchase any new brushes, including Ms. Jacqueline's yet as I was on a no buy) I just want lovely, light coverage. Do you do a single layer and if so..how much? Maybe medium coverage is what I get with Lumene, but I really like MUFE Face and Body and thought this would be a CC cream with a similiar, natural look...yet I feel like I see zero difference after application.

You find it to be only a sheer coverage? Well that's no good!! I feel like it's a medium coverage on me and that I can sheer it down to a light coverage which is what I do on a daily basis!
I use a zoeva 104 buffer - but I'm sure what ever Jacqueline recommend will be waaaay better! She is the queen of brushes!
But I do prefer the finish when I just use my fingers!
I use half a pump for a light coverage look and just dap it around my face and then blend it in with either fingers or my brush. And if I have spots that need extra attention I will dap a little bit more on tho it spots and buf it in.
I love the MUFE face and body as well, and I guess they can be compared in the way that they both give a beautiful natural light/medium coverage.
What I especially love about IT is that it has so many great ingredients in it so I feel like I'm doing something good for my skin when I use it :)

Yeah...it is strange because last purchase, it was light to medium coverage. Maybe I got a bad batch as it is very watery in texture and does nothing for Color Correcting. Hmm..I'll try what you suggest today. I almost always use light coverage and feel great in it, but this...I feel like I remember it thicker and although I am not fond of the luminousity...feeling I prefer it slightly less luminous for use around eyes..I remember switching because the Lumene was gloriously light and less cash. I'll give it two more tries before I rush to return it. Thank you so much for the brush recommendation!

That does sound like you got a bad one! It is very liquidy but not watery! How does the one you have smell? Mine have such a lovely pine smell (which I love)! I can take a picture of mine later when I apply my makeup as a refrence for you if you like?

No no..it is okay. I clearly got a bad batch. No odor I've noticed, but it is indeed runny, which I thought was odd. It may have separated or be error. I'm glad we spoke as I will exchange it for another. I'm headed out that way next week. Thank you, Sabrina. I ordered a Lumene from Walgreens online while they still had it to ease my mind. ;)

Your welcome :) Hope you get a good one - and yes stock up on your fav!

Roz, I've been applying it with the Real Techniques Sculpting Brush! It's a very soft brush and I just use circular motions to buff it into the skin and with that brush I think it's easy to get a lighter coverage but still be able to build up if needed (:
