I say wear it anywhere you feel like it! It doesn't matter what people think, and half the time you might think people think your crazy but really they are just jealous. But to give you a better answer, I think to a party, family gatherings, outside events in the cooler months, ect. Hope I helped! Btw it's very pretty!

You look like Alex Turner from The Arctic Monkeys!

I think it'd look lovely with a casual collared shirt, skinny/slim fit jeans and penny loafers (like Dr Martens Adrian loafers) or pointed boots.
It'd look great whilst out at a restaurant, I can imagine it'd look fab shopping too :)
