I found an app called 'wish' and they have tons of great items you can buy for stellar prices, but it feels too good to be true. I was just wondering if any of you have made any purchases from this app?

I know a few people who have ordered. Some things have been smaller than they looked and shipping takes a long time but it's fine if you really take the time to real dimensions and don't need it shipped quick:)

I ordered stuff off of an app called Cute (which is basically Wish, but for beauty products) and it was nothing but cheap crap from China. Shipping took forever and my stuff came broken. Good thing what I ordered was cheap. Total waste of money.

My boyfriends brother orders off it all the time, just check that they seem legit before you buy as sometimes the things you buy won't work, he mainly buys electronic stuff though so maybe just stray away from that haha.

Hailey is right about it being like eBay, in the sense that it's a bunch of shops on one site. I encourage you to read product reviews and store reviews. most shops are located in china so for sizing remember their sizes run way smaller than ours. shipping does take a month about, (like beyond the rack) because they get it from wholesalers then ship it to you. I only ordered a pair of glasses from wish that I took and got rx lenses put in. I loved these glasses they came just as expected and I paid $5 plus the $60/for my prescription lenses cheapest pair of glasses ever owned.

Another site like wish is wanelo. I've used it many times and never had any problems. a lot of these items from these sites ship directly from China so be aware of the sizing chart because a lot of thing run very small.

I know someone who ordered a dress from Wish and it was beautiful! Make sure that whatever you are interested in has at least 4 star rating and be sure to read some of the reviews. Keep in mind they put the highest ranking reviews at the top. There are also quite a few videos on YouTube about Wish. I would check those out too 😊
