I know Sephora ships Internationally, but to my knowledge, not Egypt.

Here is a beauty site that ships to Egypt. I must stress that I cannot vouch for their product nor their validity.

Another I found was http://www.wojooh.com/
They have a store in Cairo and several in Arabia and are on both Facebook and Instagram, with some videos on Youtube as well. I do not know anything about them and was unable to find them on Bizrate. I did notice they do giveaways on their social media pages and so reading their comments and feedback might provide better insight.
