It can happen every pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different, too. once baby is born just make sure you have a healthy diet, continue to take vitamins (if instructed to do so BY YOUR DOCTOR), and follow a healthy routine. for hair care, keep it minimal. try to avoid heat, do loose styles like braids to keep extra strain off of hair, etc. I avoided washing my hair unless I needed to because it got gross. I did do a conditioner every time I washed it. stuff like that. :)
