Okay, if you order off of luulla make sure it's at least two month in advance because they ship from China, and they're sizes are much different so be careful. (:

I think for prom long dresses are always more formal & since you mentioned you're blonde you should go for a nice light color or if not a royal blue dress are always go nice & the color stands out! But I agree with Isabel if you're ordering make sure to order months before but before you order you should get measured to so you know you're exact size :)

I'm in England and I got mine from TKMAXX! They have some gorgeous dresses, mine was 34.99 and so, so pretty :) also means you don't have to order online and you can try on the dress before buying. If you have a Quiz near you (one has just opened in my town), they have some really pretty prom dresses too. New Look is always good as well.
