I've had acne for seven years now. I have tiny, headless bumps all over my forehead, around nose, and now they're starting to form around my mouth and this type of acne seems to never go away. :( I also get big pimples, mainly on sides of face and around mouth/chin/above mouth. My whole face looks like a textured mess, like there is barely not an inch on my face that doesn't have acne on it. It makes me feel horrible about myself and I just want it gone already. Does anyone know of any good acne treatments?? Whether it's like a 3 step program, face wash, spot treatment, ANYTHING. I'm desperate for a change. Low end, high end, anything. Please help me out!! It's not only embarrassing but painful :(

From you're pictures it doesn't seem like you're acne is bad but if you feel like it's really bad all over you're face I suggest going to a dermatologist instead of buying products that might not work for your skin type,it's easier for dermatologist to help you.

I agree with Noemy, go to a dermatologist first just so you won't be throwing your money away. I would get Epiduo prescribed when I was younger and OMG it was amazing.

Go to a doctor! I had rosacea with pimpels too. Now my pimpels are gone and my face is only a bit red. They gave me pills named "aknenormin"(in german) or isotret. It helps really really good! :)

I agree with going to a dermatologist!
From what ny dermatologist told me, when there is a significant amount its best to get professional help. When there's a significant amount some people will resort to seeing an esthetician before a dermatologist to get it all extracted but if there's too much that can damage the skin and just create scars. I would search up Dermatologist who specialize in acne in your area and check out their webpage (making sure there are befores and afters of patients who have had acne, not just one photo.)
Good luck!
