Build your own! Coastal Scents is ceap, but amazing and you can pick your own shades and put them in a pallete. Tarte has amazing ones out this year that are still neutral, but in soft purple or green tones. But I would check out Coastal Scents, because they have a lot of stuff, and it's all cheap and great quality. The Creative Me pallete from that website is a dupe for the US electric pallete. It is amazing, but really bright. Maybe a bit too much : D
Well I hope this helps!

I suggest the Lorac Pro Palettes! They're perfectly pigmented and blend so smoothly and easily. They have an equal mix of shimmer and matte shades and are mainly neutral with a few fun colors so you can still create a neutral eye or something with some color if you want (:

Naked Pallet 2 is perfect. It's quite expensive but it has loads of product! Some of them are quite matte and some of them are rusty and shimmery. It depends if you like nude colours because the left of the pallet is light colours that are pale, yet the right is for a smoky eye, perfect for thick, winged eyeliner, likewise the left nude side is perfect for thin eyeliner.

I had just had the same dilemma. My options were: KVD Mi vida Loca, UD Vice 4 and Smashbox Art.Love.Color. I decided to pick the last one because it has tons of colors (shimmer and matte) and also blushes. It compliments really good my UD Naked palette :)
