Hello! In about a week and a half my best friend is coming down and we are both going to go shopping! I have a budget of around $80-100. Do you guys have recommendations for:
Concealers
Something to fill brows in with
Liquid lipsticks
Blushes
Highlighters
Eyeshadows
I have oily to normal skin and here is a picture of me. Thanks!

As for high end makeup, I wouldn't spend money on concealers, but instead you can ask for samples at both Sephora and Mac(that being said, the Prolong wear one is my favorite). They can make samples of anything that can be put in a small plastic jar. My absolute favorite eye shadows are from Tarte. they don't rub off in the crease, and the shimmers are muted enough that you can use them as highlighters, so my suggestion would be those, plus all of the holiday sets are out now. If ya want to be fancy, I love the pomades (Mac and ABH makes them), but otherwise, I just use gel liner and a shadow. Hope this helps!

If you're going to Sephora, I highly recommend the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks.
