I decided to buy a synthetic lace front wig from uniwigs...
I got it on Wednesday and I have been trying it out. It looks great and looks like natural hair. I've been wearing it out and about and haven't gotten any odd looks and just friends asking if I got my hair done at a salon. I really want to buy more and some colorful ones. So any of you beauties use wigs?

May I ask you some questions
what do you do to your natural hair before putting it on
does slip or how do you make it stay all day
is it something you find yourself having to get use to
and can you wear it in a pony tail

Thank you Kimberly! I need to get used to the color, I've only had jet black hair so seeing something lighter feels really strange lol

I havent done anything to my natural hair that isnt hard. I basically just parted it down the middle which is where I also place the wigs part so it looks natural.
I pretty much just put my hair into a low tight pony tails and grab my ends and place it as high up as I can and pin it down as flat as possible.
The wig comes with excess lace and I cut it as close to the hair I can and made sure it laid flat, I have baby hairs everywhere so I just stuck them out from the lace and applied black eyeshadow on the lace. I applied concealer on the wigs part and my own part to really help it blend more.
And I have worn it in a bun!

And the wig feels really secure, it can be tightened and it has several clips, the you attach to your hair so it won't move.

I wouldnt be afraid to use them! The worst people can do is notice and then what? Lol its just hair I say have fun with it plus it doesn't come with maintaince or damage to worry about.
Shaye, you should also check out powder room d. I've been wanting this wig as well it looks gorgeous!

Wow, it looks so natural on you! Lovely :) but why not embrace your curly hair? I'm Asian so I have SUPER straight hair (even my lashes are stick straight, I can't even curl them lol) and I actually really like wavy hair.

That wig is gorgeous on you! I've been wanting one forever. I read how you prep your hair for wearing it, but am not sure I understand quite right. You put two ponytails or braids in and then pin those?
