Hey does anyone know of any bleaching/skin evening creams which would be good for evening skin tone or blackheads?

I would advise against bleaching creams especially if used for the face, it can become really bad for your skin. For blackheads and evening out my complexion I use tea tree oil! It's like $4-6 at CVS which is where I got mine. And I've been using it as my moisturizer after I wash my face. It's prevented acne, cleared up my blackheads and evened out some acne scars I've had for months-years.

Thank you do you use a particular brand?

Lightening creams must be used carefully on darker skin tones and research is certainly recommended, such as cycle usage regarding frequency and product pairing. Why not start with something simple such as a facial and consultation? If that isn't a viable option right now, a Salicylic wash countered with Cetaphil for moisture or CeraVe will help with chemical exfoliation of black heads. What skin type do you have? Also, a Vitamin C serum with ascorbic acid as the active ingredient will even and brighten your complexion progressively. As always, I urge the use of sunscreen in the 30-50 range, alternating between chemical and physical protection.

I have normal/combination skin
can I get salicylic wash at a drug store or do I need to go to a dermatologist?

You can get a Salicylic wash at the drugstore, such as Clean and Clear or Aveeno. Persistence and being sure to stay moisturized with a gentle product, like CeraVe or Cetaphil, is important. I'd also add Thayers Toner to my routine, never sleep in make up and change my all cotton pillowcase every 3rd day. Watch how often you touch your face as well. Aztec Clay masks have proved successful for many members as part of their regimen. I'd still begin with a facial at a local, reputable spa. You can find one on Foursquare or Yelp and they can do extractions and give you a fresh start. Good luck!

Oh..for C...Lumene makes excellent drops/capsules. If you are a CVS Drugstore card member, there is a 25%off coupon..or Ulta may have them or Philosophy Turbo Boost C powder with a 20% member coupon toward your purchases...although the Philosophy may be excluded from coupons.
