Hey girls! I was wondering if anyone has tried the Cotz face silky soft sunscreen? Is it just a sunscreen or can you use it as a moisturizer under your makeup also?

It could be used as a primer under your foundation! My friend has it and she mostly uses it when she doesn't want to put on makeup but it also works wonderfully well as a primer.
