I don't like the pigmentation in the natural palate I have. I'm looking for one that has less matte colors and a lot of shimmery fun stuff :) any new makeup brands I should try?

If you like shimmers, the Nakeds are for you. A cheaper alternative would be the Wet and Wild 8 pan eyeshadow palette in Comfort Zone. Elf has one but the pigmentation is terrible. NYX has some nude palettes, but I'm not sure how shimmery they are. The Lorac pro has eight shimmery shades, but the palette is also half matte.

another good palette from wet n wild that its natural and shimmery is sparkle til morning! its one of the limited edition items but I think you can still get it at any drugstore!

I know it's not 'high end' or from a drug store but I have a neutral pallete from NEXT the clothe & furniture shop. I swear by it! It's so good! Nearly all of them have shimmers, but it stays on like a matte, like it doesn't dust off easily.

I was just at sephora and saw some Benefit neutral palettes that are now on my list. I forget the exact name and don't know if they're new but the palettes come with 6shadows and 2 creaseless cream eye shadows
