Dry scalp relief!

My brother gets a very dry scalp during the winter season and that causes him to itch and cause dandruff. What are some products/home remedies/ tips that you girls have to help him with that? And he said he doesn't want any type of cooking oil on his hair lol (olive oil, coconut oil, etc). Thanks!

Green tea. Make a cup using 2 tea bags and let it steep and cool. After washing...apply the rinse...massaging into the scalp. Let sit with a towel on the head for 20 minutes to 30...then rinse out. Green tea is naturally anti inflammatory and anti bacterial. It soothes itching for me, personally, and reduces scalp flaking.

Mix fenugreek powder with some water to make a paste and let it sit for half an hour then use on scalp for a few mins

I just discovered Neutrogena T-Gel. It's amazing. I recently got a about of dry itchy scalp and it cleared me up within 2 showers. I think it was $11 at target.
