I was thinking about layering too :)
Heels sound awesome but I am 1,75m and I am shy so I think it would look crazy if I am so tall.. :( but I am so in love with heels.
And I have a hat! 👍🏻

Layers are the way to go! Layer fleece tights with fleece leggings and/ or with Uniqulo brand long sleeve liners and long johns. I prefer a long cot that I change up with different scarves and of course keep your head covered. I hate being cold and NYC winters are cold if only because we walk a lot! I highly recommend checking out the Japanese brand Uniqulo-not expensive either.
