I'm thinking about getting the Mac burgundy times nine eyeshadow palette but I have never tried Mac eyeshadow before so was wondering about your thoughts? Any suggestions for other palettes with similar colours would be great too
Thanks :)

I have the Purple X9 and I absolutely love it. MAC does amazing eyeshadows so you can't go wrong with any of their palettes (:

In my opinion, MAC eyeshadows are overrated. There are many eyeshadows on the market of better quality and at a better price point. I would recommend the Lorac unzipped palette, or theBalms Nude Dude. Both are cruelty free, and better quality than mac :)

I agree with Molly. I love Kiko and NYX eyeshadows, my favourite is NYX Rust which is a dupe for MAC Cranberry and there's a bright orange Kiko eyeshadow which is GORGEOUS. Both brands are incredibly pigmented, fab longetivity and last for hours without primer on my incredibly oily, deep creased eyelids :)
