Hey!
Can you guys recommend me good quality, pigmented and blendable eyeshadows with a low price tag?
I would love to find a palette with mattes and shimmers, with mostly neutral colours and some out-there colors.
I'm also open to good quality single shadows with affordable prices.
And if there is something that you really want to recommend with a little higher cost, I can consider.

I highly recommend Wet n Wild Color Icon palettes, and Profusion palettes are great, too! You can find them at Walgreens.

Thanks Kayla! I do live in Finland, so I will have to find finnish onlinestores that sell products that I'm looking for. Nyx is one of the brands that is available for me. How good quality are eyeshadows from nyx?

I find the nyx shadows to only okay quality! It's not their best product!
You could look into the Loreal La Palette - they have both a neutral beige and a neutral rose one - I don't own it myself but have heard good things about it!
I also know this is above your price range but I would recommend saving a bit and then getting a too faced palette - I think the chocolate bar is the one where you get most for your money!
It has a variety of shimmery and matte shadows. It has neutrals with some pops of colors like gold, burgundy and purple. It has 2 bigger highlight shades, a shimmery and a matte. All the colors works well together and invites to so many different looks.
The shadows have good pigmentation and blend easily! I believe this is a staple to have in your makeup collection!

Natural pallete is really affordable and it has the best colors. The natural pallete has almost the exact shades as the naked pallete.

Good suggestion, Shannie. I was just going to say, a lot of times you can find really high quality makeup on eBay for a great deal. Just yesterday I found a beautiful 5-shadow Dior palette for around $28. Love their shadows! The palettes always have very unexpected, but complimentary colors.
