There's no miracle product or technique to make hair grow faster as hair growth is based on genetics however there are things you can do to help your hair grow to its fullest potential.
-use sulphate free shampoos
-use a hair mask at least once a week
-don't brush hair when wet
-use as little heat as possible
-use a heat protectant when you do use heat
-make sure your buns/ponytails aren't too tight
-drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well

It's hard to grow back hair fast but it can happen with some patience. As weird as it might sound you should get your ends cut atleast once every 6 weeks & don't add so much heat to it nor a ridiculously amount of products because it can also slow down the process. Try wearing your natural hair as much as you can & you'll start seeing a big difference. Hair growth is also genetics so some people might grow their hair faster than others but you can definitely grow it out. Good luck :)

Try taking biotin; it's a vitamin available over the counter at any drug store it helps promote hair and nail growth. Don't expect a miracle but it should slightly increase your growth and help your hair grow in stronger.

I highly suggest speaking to a doctor before taking biotin, or any other supplement.
