So I've bleached my hair four times and it's still not white all over (yes I've toned 3 times not including me leaving purple shampoo in for the longest time) okay so my hair is still yellowish. It's white at the ends which I don't mind but the roots are like a pale yellow. I'm doing a last bleaching because my short hair is still yellow so I'm going over that once more. My question is, should I apply bleach to my roots? Or just keep toning?

You just need toner on the roots. I had the same problem when I did my bfs hair but I toned out the roots & it came out just fine :)

Thank you! I bleached one more time w/ a 20 developer and lightened the yellow areas and it seems fine now after toning with a wella t14 toner.
