Although, I haven't tried it Estee Lauder makes a Double Wear Concealer. And if it's as long lasting as their foundation, than it should be long lasting too.

High end but not too expensive. I use ester Lauder double wear foundation but I haven't tried the concealer

Mac's Pro Longwear concealer is amazing for coverage and staying power. I would use the exact same shade as my skin tone to cover up dark spots. For under the eyes, I always go a shade or two lighter.
