My hooded eyes will be very hooded one that, and then show much less eyelid the next. I ended up asking my doctor about it and she said it's normal because it's just fat and skin on your eye and it gets tighter and looser as I hydrate/dehydrate myself, depending on how much sleep I get, tanning in the summer, etc. basically all the things that affect your skin being tight.

One eye is normally smaller than the other. It's just how our bodies were set up. Even our limbs aren't perfectly proportion in length. It's really hard for me to determine anything with your eyes because you didn't take a close up head shot. Instead you jut took pics of the one eye in question. If it's that concerning to you I suggest seeking the opinion of an optician vs one of us BL users because that's all they do for a living is look at eyes all day and make medical diagnosis.

Definitely start getting more sleep and drinking more water. Maybe look into an eye cream as well if sleeping and hydrating aren't helping.
