Accutane dried my skin/lips out, so I focused on hydrating my skin as much as I could. I was officially on the "dry skin" team. Facial oils (Josie Maran & Cover FX are good options) are a helpful addition to your routine, use a SPF 50++++ sunscreen because your skin is more susceptible to sun damage and carry lip balm on you. As for makeup, you might want to look into dewy foundations and concealers. Your skin will probably clear up fast so you don't really need full coverage mattes. I personally like Chanel's Vitalumiere Aqua foundation, and the Urban Decay Naked concealer. Good luck!

Also use a gentle cleanser, because you don't need to deep cleanse as often on accutane, if at all. I used a $5 one prescribed by my dermatologist, but I heard Philosophy's Purity is a good one. Use a cleansing cream/oil to remove your makeup, so you don't dry out/tug/irritate your skin that will gradually become a lot more sensitive.
