I need help with makeup brushes like what's used for what and what their names are and how to use them.

Buffing brush=foundation
stippling brush=blending
large fan brush= contour
small tapered fan brush= highlight
large fluffy brush= powder
angled brush= blush/bronzer
dome eye-shadow brush= packing on eyeshadow
stiff long shadow brush= cream eye-shadow application or a sheer wash of color
tapered blending brush= blending eye-shadow
angled eyeliner brush=eyebrow product application and eyeliner application
mascara brush= eyebrow softener
eyelash and brow comb= de clumps mascara and combs brow hair

Everyone uses brushes differently it's to your own liking & what works well with your makeup. Keep trying different brushes & you'll find your own brushes to use on certain areas on your face.

A good way to do it is to buy a brush set. A set often comes with a
description on how you can use each brush. I love my Zoeva brush sets. They have great quality brushes for a midrage price.
And as you get used to your brushes you will find multipel ways of using them :)

Try going to your nearest makeup counter, maybe ulta or sephora, they have great brush sets. I also recommend going to Morphe.com and checking out their brushes! So nice and inexpensive. I would compare them to MAC brushes! But I love the Morphe brushes way better!
