exercise !!! and well I guess both !! cardio is a must !! keeping your heart rate up allows your body to burn calories which burns the fat which reduces the cellulite . food helps obviously bc the higher calorie food intake the more exercise !

oh and the different exercises would be running for at least 30min , butt kicks , high knees , lunges with weights , leg lifts (laying on your back lifting legs) , and the butt kick backward (on all fours and kicking back) (:

Work out the legs with weights and also you need to do cardio to burn the fat because cellulite is fat. Also eat healthy and most important drink lots of water ! Water will reduce them

You could try rubbing a frozen bottle of water in the area where you have cellulite or try using lotions specially for treating cellulite :)

Try to do some effective exercise like squats, swimming, walking. Go for cellulite massage. Massage the portion where you feel cellulite. Try some effective cellulite cream.
