I have semi oily skin and dark circles under my eyes. im looking for a great, not super expensive, foundation great for coverage. any suggestions? ?

I would most certainly recommend collection 2000 16hr wear foundation it is liquid foundation but it apparently fights against oily skin and it covers amazing and its also £4.49 I think, I wear this foundation four times a week and a full bottle will last me 1 month to 2 month which is really good and it doesn't make your face feel caked up or anything, hope this helps :)
