Unless I have majorly missed out on something, the naked 5 palette doesn't exist, therefore I have to assume that the pallette is a fake one. Maybe you want to check with your friend where she got the products from, it is a very nice and generous gift of her but personally I would be very careful with fake products as the ingredients might not have been chosen so carefully. If you have ensured they are of a reliable source, have fun experimenting with them. :)

The hair is soft, doesn't fall and they don't smell weird. brushes are quite good.I love it..

The naked 3 is brilliant, I really love it. but the naked 5 isnt legitimate. so just be careful. but the 3 has lots of great colours.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that your naked 3 palette is counterfeit. the color if the shadows and the packaging look off too me, so does the brush. please do not use it if it is fake. there are so many risks with using counterfeit product. also naked 5 does not exist. just be careful with these.
