Yup. I agree anastasia beverly hills has a really good one. it's waterproof and the color is so natural (as long as you didn't put it too much when fill it into your eyebrow )

I loved Anastasia dipbrow. But I'll be honest I like elf better. I bought my Anastasia Dipbrow like 9 months ago(for $18) and still have a lot left. & with the elf I have to buy a new one every 2 months($3)
