You didn't wing it out enough I think... And also it may look lighter if you took off some of the bottom liner.

To me it just seems like your right eyelid stuck to the lashline... It's definitely not the makeup, it just seems like one of your eyes is hooded! And maybe it is but just in this picture!
I'd try tightlining instead of lining on the lashline. Then take another picture and see where the "problem" is :)
I put "problem" in quotes because it's not really a problem.. your eyes are beautiful!

I agree, I think your eyes are hooded (like me!) so I'd recommend tightlining, the water line, and or just a thin line across the lid :) hope this helped!

I have pretty small eyes and when I put eyeliner I start from the wing and finish in the middle instead of going all the way in the inner corner of the eye
