So recently I read online that you are supposed to condition your hair every time you shower & only shampoo it 2-4 times a week. (I shampoo mine 2 times a week) and I'm not sure if its true that its good for your hair to condition it every time?🤔 HELP! Ps, I'm trying to grow my hair.

I would try and do more research on that. it definitely depends on the chemical composition of your shampoo and conditioner. personally I wash my hair every 2 to 3 days , but never just use conditioner because it is way to heavy and leaves me greasy. that being said there are clarifying conditioners that kind of are like hybrids. you can always just try it out and see if of works for you. but as far as growing your hair out, most of that just takes time and maintenance, making sure you get trims and not use too much heat on it as that is the most damaging thing to ones hair. I hope you find what youre looking for though! :)

I wash my hair everyday but always do both. I only condition my ends.

I shampoo on average every 3 days and after shampooing and conditioning I always add my Pro Naturals Moroccan argan oil to my hair ends but steer clear of my roots/scalp. This leave in treatment makes my hair super shiny and protects it from heat damage as I do use a hair dryer and a styling iron to curl my hair.

I personally would only condition the ends of your hair. I've always been told that and I've always seen that working <3
