I like the idea of layering but I have to wear formal ( sleeves no jeans, and no crop tops) clothing to work. Is there a way I can wear it?

I like the idea of a button down layered beneath a slightly fitted knit sweater with the collar and sleeve cuffs poking out and folded over.

A colorful cardigan or jacket over a simple shell with a skirt or skinnies. :)

You could layer a long sleeve cardigan over a nice blouse with some dangling necklaces - I always love that look.
