While I've had luck with American eagle, you could also check out j. Crew. I found 2 pairs of jeans from the factory site and they fit really nicely.

Try Apple bottom jeans. I want to say dillards sells them but I haven't been shopping for jeans in a couple years.

I'm also a smaller girl and I've always had a bigger backside. Stretchy jeans make your butt look the best, so find those kind. They may not be denim at all, possibly mostly cotton, but they always look like jeans and fit the best and comfiest.
I've found my best ones at thrift stores, tbh. But brand new, I've gotten some of my comfiest at Wet Seal, Delia's, and a few at Forever 21. Also, my FAVORITEST pair of jeans were much like Apple Bottoms (prob off brand lol) - extra space back there, stretchy, with a higher waist to tuck it all in. Wore a hole in them, R.I.P. :(
