I found this awesome way to grow hair fast, once a day just flip your head upside down and massage your roots for 4 minutes EACH DAY. Results show in less than a few weeks!

It doesn't actually work. It weighs your hair down which gives it the illusion that it's longer (someone told me this before) there is no way to grow your hair out fast. it's all genetics, but you can take care of your hair so it can grow out healthy and you don't have to cut it as often!

Hailey you're right. Scalp massages do play a role in hair growth. This is because It stimulates blood flow. It may not make a instant difference on everyone, but over time it most definitely will.

Let me just say this. Yes, it helps promote hair growth, but it is not a miracle technique. Hair growth is based on your genetics and your genetics alone. Massaging your scalp upside down helps circulate natural oils and blood, but it doesn't make your hair grow twice as fast or anything. The best thing to do is to keep your hair healthy and strong while it grows. Anyone looking to try this, please do not expect an explosion of growth, because it simply won't happen. :) Xx
