What style of eyeliner are you trying to do? What types of eyeliner have you tried so far? What sort of problems are you having; is it smudging, or not applying evenly to both eyes, or not black enough?

Maybe if you're having trouble start with a gel liner, it's one where you dip a brush in a gel so you have a lot of control. Start as thin as possible and add on until you like it. also, a good tip is to line your upper water line with eyeliner (I like using milani liquid like eyeliner pencil for this) because it helps define the eyes and keep it looking neat.

Try to be more specific so we can help Love! But I recommend using gel eyeliner. You'll have way more control. Also, remember practice to make it perfect! Well at least close to perfect but you understand what I mean. :p Just takes time! Be patient!
