Okay girls..So I had no breakouts since the past 20-25 days and suddenly I get this blind pimple which yet hasnt come to a head.I'm going through my luteal phase of my menstruals and I really want to get rid of it..it doesn't show much and it just feels like a lump which is painless.PLEASE HELP!

Try a sulfur mask to bring it to a head or the buffering lotion by Mario badescu - they usually help to eliminate my under the surface acne or bring it to a head quicker

I bought some Band-Aid Antiseptic Wash to use on my cartilage piercings because the saltwater wound wash wasn't working fast enough...then I started dotting on to any other skin irritant I saw and it works great! Was feeling the onset of a pimple on my jawline and used this stuff over the weekend and it disappeared.

Whenever I get a blind pimple, it never comes to a head. There's a red, painful bump then it slowly goes back down. Sometimes the bump doesn't even rise above skin level, it just stays below. I just take Advil to reduce pain, redness and inflammation to hurry the healing along. You can also ice it a couple times a day.
