Anything else I should add? I thought about a bracelet but I'm not really sure, I feel like there's already a lot of sparkle going on with the dress and the necklace that a bracelet isn't really necessary but I don't know.
Just a note that I am going for a more modernized flapper look and not a true to the era 20's flapper.
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Love the costume! I don't think it's too short at all.
I know you said you're not going for that flapper era but I think you should still do the pearls. that seems so classic flapper and it would help break up the black and blue.
