Vampire!! I would use fake blood, and a high curly pony tail and some black and red makeup. Also... If it appeals to you, Use knee boots and if your not scared, use the glue in vampire teeth. You will look AMAZING!

I'm not sure maybe in range of $3-$10 it depends on where you get them. I would go to a spirit costume store I think they are cheap there and that's where I got mine :)
