Need help w foundation appearance!

So whenever I apply my foundation, about 30 mins later it kind of just sinks into my pores and such. Usually when I apply, I just use my hands and moisturizer before hand. Could it be that I need to use a primer? I have combo/oily skin and I apply w my hands. I also use HD Forever mat + velvet.

I agree with using a pore minimizing primer but make sure you pat the product into your skin, don't just rub it in.

UD's pore perfection primer potion works wonders! Definitely my fav primer.
