Oh that sucks :( I'd buy Loreal true match, rimmel eyebrow Pencil or models prefer eyebrow kit, Australis pressed powder, rimmel mascara and that's about it if I was on that budget and needed things desperately lol. :)

First off I would be tickled to have 100 not devoted to bills, As for make up: maybeline fit me liquid foundation, cover girl ready set gorgeous pressed powder, loreal pro eye shadow ( ud naked knock off), wet n wild lip stain, milani blush and I would need new brushes so a trip to the craft store for paint brushes. :-).
