I am a 23-year-old female with oily or combination skin that is sensitive and prone to peeling on my T zone. I also have a good amount of blackheads But I cannot buff because it will cause my skin to peel... But I have not been out in the sun, any idea what's going on?

I apologize what do you mean by you can't buff?

I believe she means she can't buff in her foundation bc it will only cause her skin to peel.
Do you use any oils on your skin to mosturize, hydrated?
What's your skin regimen like? x:
