I really like the dramatic strobing/highlights and contour effect, but I can't seem to find a good highlighter for my skin tone. I am fairly pale with neutral undertones and I don't want a lot of shimmer any suggestions?

Alma has recommented me the Kevyn aucoin highlightéare - I havent gotten it yet but I am going to! Like you I am very fair and with neutral undertones :)

Becca Moonstone! I like the pressed vs the poured and liquid but they are all nice though, its just preference. Pearl is also good but I am very fair and I don't like the way it looks on me. Moonstone is easily my favorite.

Becca Moonstone is pretty. But I also like IT Cosmetics Hello Light Creme Illuminator. Not too shimmery and it has the thinnest texture of any highlighter I've ever used...powder or cream. It's a cream highlighter but it has a thin drier feel, than most cream highlighters, so it's perfect for those who want to try a cream highlighter but are afraid it will disturb their foundation. Kind of a hybrid of a cream & a powder.
