Ratchet acne... Not flattering...

I have some pretty bad acne. I use benzoyl peroxide and it helps well.. But I need to help with opening my pours and getting the dirt OUT. Any suggestions or advice?

I would recommend getting a cleansing brush! They will help clean out the pores and help with acne. If benzoyl peroxide isn't working for you, you can also try cleansers with salicylic acid.

You can use hot compress.Take a soft cloth which is clean and dip it in boiling hot water and place it over your skin and wait for it to cool down.Repeat this a several times and then use a comedone extractor to remove the gunk out.You cam follow this by a good salicylic acid cleanser and then to close the pores back use a face pack or an ice pack.You can also try this after having a steam bath.Do this every week if you have extremely oily skin
