Back Acne... Need Help.

I've never tried it but I know from experience what caused n helped my back acne - I had a bad habit of wearing the same shirt for days or wearing a shirt after a workout over night - and that caused my back acne - I realized if I just changed my shirt more often or made sure not to sleep in a sweaty shirt then it stopped - so now I don't have back acne any more and I didn't need a special soap or product to stop it - just cleaner habits

Okay so I had some skin issues on my back the first thing is I always have a shower after my run in the morning I use garnier clean plus black sope it works really well also once a week I put baking soda in my bath water and yes I have used that sope and it didn't really do anything I didn't even really feel after using it just my opinion I hope I helped

Yep right after my shower. I've been using it for years. I stopped and my back broke out a little during summer. And got this bottle and it cleared up within a week or so of use

I used the same kind as Julie but used a scrub and a loofah. I had horrible bacne and it worked great.

I have the same problem and I think I made it worse coz I was into drinking these protein shakes with lots of lactose in it (which my dermatologist told me to avoid) then I read an article at acne.org saying that head and shoulders shampoo helps kill the active bacne and prevents new ones. So, I tried using it as a bath gel and voila! 3 weeks after it was completely clear, just scars though. also, I switched to a lactose free protein shake which also helped. try it, we'll never know it might also work for you😊😘
