Look up Nippon Kodo charcoal soap on Amazon - about $11. GREAT for acne-prone skin. Also, check your hair products, fabric detergent/softener, etc. Has anything changed, recently? And change your pillowcases weekly.
For an at-home treatment, you can make a mask from apple cider vinegar and honey that will help clear our your pores and stimulate skin renewal. There are literally A TON of at-home recipes out there - just Google.
