What is a good drug store eye primer ??

I would love to try eye shadow primer but I do not want to spend a fortune. And does it have to match your skin tone? How do you know what kind to get? Anything would help :) thank you

In the NYC eye shadow pallets that match up your eye color they have a primer in there. I like it a lot. I find myself scraping the bottom of the dish. It goes fast though. No it doesn't match my skin tone you just bled it well. I like it a lot! But it's like $6 I think. That could be a lie, I don't even remember but I don't even use the eyeshadows just the primer! I hope this helped!
