Do you let your eyelash primer set?

I use the Lacome eyelash primer before using my mascara.
It definitely helps with making them fuller.
I use the mascara immediately after applying the primer , but should I be letting it set?

No, you'll wanna apply your mascara immediately after primer to avoid clumps. It's like applying regular mascara, don't let your lashes dry between coats.
