Store it upside down. When the top layer gets a lil dry I just take a tissue and lightly wipe it away revealing moist product. Mine is going on two years and I have yet to see bottom of glass.

I did what Shelly said cause she has mentioned it before and it does work to store it upside down. I'm going on a yr with it and it still hasn't dried on me 😊

Latifah I think you have a bad batch because my medium brown pomade is like that while my taupe pomade is not even close to dry it's so creamy and how it's supposed to be. I'm just dealing with it because I don't have a receipt to exchange :/

Livi, you think so? I was wondering if I should just purchase another cuz I have a homegirl that has the same color even longer than I've had mine and hers is still like new..hmmm I'll have to consider getting a new and praying it's a good one

This has happened to me as well I don't think it has to do with buying a bad batch. I plan on trying shelleys tip I just bought a new one!(:

Yea latifah I think so. Because when I opened it it was already drier than normal. My taupe shade is creamy and I've had it for a year. So yes I do think it's a bad batch. If yours started out creamy then yours might just have dried out but mine is just way different and dry where I have to jam my brush in, and the product underneath is just as dry lol. Too bad for me. Just try out shelleys tip it might work.

Anastasia posted on her instagram saying you can add a tiny drop of mineral oil if it starts to dry up.
I personally haven't tried doing this; I always just stir it up with a brush to make it creamy again and it works like a charm
