Hello! I am looking for either gold or green cat-eye contacts for Halloween, I am willing to pay around 50$ they are going in my eyes so I want them to be safe, any recommendations where I can order these and get them in the next two weeks?!

You will have to go get your prescription numbers from your eye doctor before you get contacts. To order them you need to eye curve etc. Contacts are not one size fits all. I don't know of any safe website that would ship in less than two weeks. You can try your eye doctor, some have access to order Halloween contacts, and usually they have them in within a week or so.

They have lenses for cosplay that would be great for Halloween.
If you already had an appointment and went to an eye doctor they could print out what base curve you would need. If they aren't right for you they can scratch up your eyes or be really uncomfortable and fall out

You don't have to have a prescription for coloured lenses, especially if your not going to be wearing them long term.
I found a lot of my pairs at Mt local piercing and tattoo shops, I'd look there as an alternative to waiting for shipping.

You need your base curve, which is part of your prescription, you can't get that without your prescription. If you don't it can really damage your eyes, like Aurora said.

My eyes have been fine, especially because I don't wear them for long periods of time, or often at all really.
Unless contacts are made differently in Australia vs America?

Jillian - no they are made the same. But you're lucky you haven't damaged your eyes. Halloween contacts are much more constricting of oxygen to your eyes than regular contacts so it's very important to have them fit right.
If they don't fit right it can severely damage your eye just from not letting oxygen flow. Like aurora said, if they aren't the right base curve they can fall out, scratch your eye, and are much more likely to damage your eye if anything gets in it, like an eyelash, mascara, eyeshadow, dust, etc.etc. it will also ensure it fits perfectly with the design so you'll be able to see out of them without issue.

Honestly you're very lucky that you have had no issues, but I strongly recommend getting your base curve. This doesn't mean it's got a prescription, it just means it'll fit your eye properly. It's your eyes, so do what you want, but for me I wouldn't risk my eyes on something that has been known to damage people's eyes, when there's a clear safe solution.
