I was thinking of incorporating blue eyeliner in some way bcoz the certain cat character in dressing as has blue eyes n my eyes aren't blue.

Oh you could use blue eyeshadow on your lower lash line and then winged liner! Also just draw on a nose and whiskers with liquid liner.
