Can someone explain that to me? I've always been told not to exfoliate daily, over exfoliation is bad for the skin, etc- but isn't that what a clarisonic does? So why is it meant for daily use when that basically goes against what I've always heard? I have the mia2 with a regular head but I'm def going to get the head for sensitive skin next!

I don't necessarily know the scientific reason why, but what I have heard is that the bristles vibrate in a pattern that moves with your skin. As in it doesn't tug/tear at your delicate skin :)
