Hey ya'll, I never really breakout and this acne on my face is really worrying me. I have no idea of what to do. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I'd go see a dermatologist or Esthetian if you can. They will be able to see your skin and personalize a routine that will work.
In the mean time I'd use a cleanser with salicylic acid in it.

You're skin (from what I can see) looks a tad dry. You could be over-cleaning your face. You could try cutting back to washing your face once a day. Also, if you have used any new skincare products, changed your diet at all, have an irregular sleeping pattern, haven't washed your sheets enough, or have been more stressed out lately can all contribute to acne. I agree with Alyx, you should try to see a derm. But if you can't, and you don't fit in for anything I said above then you should try switching your face wash. Your skin type can change over time so face washes that once worked for you might not any more.

Thank you both so much!
Stress is definitely contributing and I'm currently washing my sheets.
I will try to see a derm soon and hopefully get this all figured out.
Thanks again Alyx and Tessandra

I wouldn't recommend using a derma roller at home. Get it done professionally. It's very important to get the pressure and speed right (which varies on different parts of the face), the size of the needles, the thickness of the needles, not over doing it, and sanitizing it properly. If it's not done properly it causes more damage and harm in the long run.

Yeah I wouldn't risk doing it at home, I've seen so many people online who just ruin their skin completely with it. If you talked to your derm and talked about how and what to do and what to buy and all that maybe, but I doubt they'd suggest it, I'm sure they've seem several people who ruined their skin from using one.

Try getting a Clarisonic.
